Keep water out

Our oil-based and powder-form products react with water to emulsify and/or activate. As such, please take special care to ensure that they stay water-free. Use the scoop provided to remove product from the jar, making sure no moisture is introduced in the container.

Store in a cool, dry place

To ensure that your products stay as fresh as possible, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat and light.

Perform a patch test

Even if you do not have sensitive skin, certain formulations or ingredients can irritate even normal skin types. Always perform a patch test before using any new product. Apply a small amount of the product to a small area of your face such as the underside of your jaw or the side of your neck. Do not apply any other product this this area. Wait for 24 hours to see if your skin develops a reaction to the new product.

Consult your doctor

If pregnant or nursing, please consult your doctor before using products containing essential oils or certain active ingredients like salicylic acid or retinol.
